1. Overview

Griellea serves adults navigating loss through grief education and coaching for individuals, and offers consulting for organizations. Griellea is the practice name used by InwardAwaken LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Dillon Claire is the professional name of the individual provider who offers grief education and coaching on behalf of InwardAwaken LLC.

For purposes of these Terms, “Griellea Parties” means InwardAwaken LLC, doing business as Griellea, and its members.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and InwardAwaken LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Griellea, governing your access and use of the website located at griellea.com and any related content, emails, or materials (collectively, the “Site”).

By visiting or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms and policies referenced here, including Griellea’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. About This Site

The Site is intended to offer information and resources about grief, loss, and related topics. Any services provided by Griellea are governed by a separate written agreement between Griellea and each client. In the event of any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the client agreement governs with respect to the services it covers.

3. Eligibility to Use the Site

The Site is intended for adults who can form a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live), and
You are using the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and
You have the authority to agree to these Terms.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Site.

4. Informational Nature of the Site

All content and materials available on this Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional guidance of any kind. Using this Site does not create a professional service relationship between you and Griellea.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, images, audio or video recordings, designs, downloads, and other materials is owned by or licensed to Griellea and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Griellea grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, download, and print Content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works from the Site or any Content, except as expressly permitted in writing by Griellea.
Use any Content for commercial purposes, including selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting it, without Griellea’s prior written consent.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Site or Content.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Site are the property of Griellea or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any such marks without prior written permission.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Uses of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Site:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
To engage in or promote any form of harassment, abuse, or harm toward others.
To access, use, or interfere with the Site or any systems connected to it in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
To use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site in a manner that extracts, copies, or reproduces Content beyond what is reasonably necessary for indexing or discovery.
To copy, frame, or mirror any part of the Site without prior written consent.
To collect, scrape, or use any Content from the Site for the purpose of training or developing any artificial intelligence system or model without Griellea’s prior written consent.

7. User Submissions, Feedback, and Testimonials

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to submit feedback, comments, messages, testimonials, or other materials to Griellea (“Submissions”), whether through the Site, by email, or in other ways.

By providing a Submission, you represent and warrant that:

The Submission is your own original work or you have all necessary rights to provide it.
The Submission does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
The Submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, endorsement, or similar Submission, you grant Griellea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that Submission for marketing, educational, or informational purposes, in accordance with any additional consents or agreements you sign at the time. Griellea reviews all testimonials and submissions before any use and reserves the right to edit or excerpt them. The license granted above is subject to that review process.

Griellea is not obligated to use or respond to any Submission and may remove or decline to post any Submission at its discretion.

8. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Site may contain links or references to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Griellea. The links are provided as a convenience only.

Griellea does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, resources, information, products, or services. If you access or use any third-party site or service, you do so at your own discretion and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

9. Privacy

Griellea’s practices regarding information collected through the Site are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

10. Services, Fees, and Booking

From time to time, the Site may describe or provide access to grief education and coaching sessions, organizational consulting, and other paid services (collectively, “Services”). These may include terms governed by Griellea’s Cancellation and Refund Policy. Additional terms, policies, or agreements may apply to specific Services, including scheduling, fees, payment methods, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.

If additional terms are presented at the time of booking, those terms form part of your agreement with Griellea. If there is a conflict between those specific terms and these Terms, the specific terms for the Service will control with respect to that Service.

All prices, availability, and descriptions of Services are subject to change prior to booking. Griellea reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to decline any booking where doing so does not violate applicable law.

When you book a Service through Griellea’s booking platform, your acknowledgment at the time of booking constitutes an additional affirmative acceptance of these Terms and any other applicable policies.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Content and Services accessible through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Without limiting the foregoing, Griellea does not warrant that:

The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or omissions.
The Site will be free from technical errors or interruptions.
The information provided on the Site is complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Griellea Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, Content, or any Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability in certain circumstances, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Griellea Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to (a) your intentional or negligent acts or omissions in connection with your use of the Site or Content, (b) your intentional or negligent misuse of any Content provided by Griellea, or (c) your material violation of these Terms or any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

The Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

15. Changes to the Site and These Terms

Griellea may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Content at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

Griellea may also update these Terms from time to time. When Griellea does, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Any changes will become effective when posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

Griellea may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without prior notice, if Griellea believes these Terms have been violated or that the conduct poses a risk to Griellea, other users, or others.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue to apply.

17. Entire Agreement and Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any additional policies or agreements referenced herein (such as the Privacy Policy and any specific Service terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and Griellea with respect to your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver by Griellea of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Griellea’s prior written consent. Griellea may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Griellea.
